Roles and Responsibilities:
- The role is to ensure that our top users have the best possible experience on the platform.
- Manage top VIP users of Clubs from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries, with a strong focus on their retention.
- Build and manage strong relationships with VIP users to drive their engagement and spending on Clubs.
- Connect with VIP users and build strong relationships through WhatsApp and other relevant communication platforms.
- Travel within Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries, when required, to meet and engage with VIP users in person.
- Understand user needs and develop action plans to provide personalized services, improve their experience, and drive upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- 2+ years of experience as a VIP Relationship Manager in audio live-streaming services or a similar role in another industry.
- Based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or another Gulf country.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Process-oriented and able to work effectively in an operations environment while following established SOPs.
- Strong empathy and ability to understand VIP users' concerns and resolve their issues effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs).
- Ability to understand and analyze the implications of online communications and user interactions.
- Willingness to travel within the region to connect with VIP users offline.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
