- Native to Afghanistan with a strong understanding of the local culture and context.
- Proficient in both Pashto and Dari (Persian), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates a high level of professional integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct.
- Process-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively within operational frameworks and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Empathetic and customer-focused, with the ability to understand user concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
- Capable of analysing online communications and assessing their potential implications.
- Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong observational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, follow up diligently, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
